Where are the poker cards shipped from?

All poker card decks are shipped from Singapore.

How long will delivery usually take?

Orders will take 2-3 days to be processed, afterwhich delivery will take from 4-6 working days for orders based in Singapore.

Delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks if you're based overseas.

What is the return policy for items purchased?

You can return all purchases up to 30 days from the date you receive them.

Shipping fee for refunds will not be paid for by 52 Questions - a full refund will be made upon receiving the physical deck.

Can I self-collect?

Currently, we do not have a store location where you can pick up your orders. However, we are actively looking for a retail space and will inform you when one becomes available.

Can I track the delivery status of my order?

The tracking number will be in the shipping update email. It will be sent to you with a link where you can get real-time tracking of where your order is.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Big apologies on this.

Please drop us an email at the52questions@gmail.com within 30 days from the date of delivery with the following:

1. Order Reference

2. Description of defects

We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please ensure to keep the original packaging in the case of returns

What if I'm not present at home to collect the cards at the time of delivery?

Parcels will be sent to the recipient's door address.

If there isn't anyone to collect the item, our parcel logistics staff will attempt to contact the recipient to make alternative arrangements. This may include getting consent to leave the item at the door or re-arrange for another time and date for delivery.

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Amendments or cancellations can be made if you change your mind :)

I put in the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

Send an email as soon as possible to the52questions@gmail.com for an update address list.

We'll update it and send it to the correct address.
